Travel Guide

Venue Address

Hilton Hotel Vienna Park
Am Stadtpark 1
1030 Wien, Austria

TL;DR: Get to U3 Landstraße and walk for 3 minutes.

From the airport Wien/Schwechat

Take the CAT (City Airport Train), which departs at 30-minute intervals and takes you directly to Wien Landstraße without any stops in just 16 minutes.
From there, it's a 3-minute walk.
Please note that the CAT requires a separate ticket, which costs around €25 (return ticket not included).

Alternatively, you can take the regular train, which is a much more cost-effective option, and get off at Landstraße after approximately 26 minutes.
You can purchase a 72-hour pass at the airport for around €18, which allows unlimited travel on all public transportation in Vienna — except the CAT.

Keep in mind that the airport is located in a small suburb outside of Vienna, so you’ll need to purchase an additional ticket to reach the city center.
This is required even if you have a 72-hour pass, as the pass is only valid within Vienna’s city limits.

Total cost: €18 (72-hour ticket) + €5.20 (airport round trip) = €23.20

From the bus station Wien Erdberg

If you're arriving via FlixBus or a similar service, you'll arrive at Erdberg station. From there, take the U3 subway line in the direction of Ottakring and get off at Landstraße (4 stops). It's just a 3-minute walk from there.

If you arrive by car

The hotel is located in Vienna’s 3rd district, which is classified as a Kurzparkzone (short-term parking zone).

During weekdays, you’ll need a parking ticket until 10:00 PM. The cost is €2.20 per hour, with a maximum parking duration of 2 hours per ticket. If you need to park longer, you are theoretically required to move your car to a different spot and purchase a new ticket.

On weekends, parking is generally free throughout Vienna, including the 3rd district. However, there are exceptions — particularly on shopping streets, such as Landstraßer Hauptstraße and Marxergasse, where short-term parking rules still apply on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

If this sounds a bit confusing, there are also several parking garages (Parkhäuser) across the city — though many can be quite expensive.

If you're arriving by car on a Friday and don’t have a dedicated parking solution, it’s often easiest to park directly at your accommodation (e.g. apartment, Airbnb, etc.) and leave the car there for the weekend.
